Refund Policy

Since we are a made to order store, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get you a replacement or store credit.  Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, name, and issue. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.
